Personal project

FerrumVector Email Monitor is a private, owner-operated tool maintained by Deniz Demir for organizing the owner's job application correspondence. This website provides information about that tool. There is no public registration, paid subscription or publicly available email-monitoring service.

Authorized accounts only

The monitor is intended only for email accounts that the owner is authorized to access and that have explicitly granted the required Google OAuth consent. Mailbox passwords are not collected by this website.

AI output and human review

Application classifications, extracted details and matching suggestions are automated estimates and can be incomplete or incorrect. The owner should verify important dates, requirements and decisions against the original email. The project does not make hiring decisions, submit applications, send email replies or guarantee an employment outcome.

Availability

The personal tool is provided as available, without a service-level commitment. Email access, notifications and processing can be interrupted by authentication expiry, provider limits, network problems or system maintenance. It should not be the sole means of checking time-sensitive correspondence.

Privacy and third-party services

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Google, Telegram and Cloudflare provide separate services subject to their respective terms. FerrumVector Email Monitor is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
